Baked Salmon in Foil with Asparagus & Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce

INGREDIENTS :

 

°4 salmon fillets

 

°1 lb fresh asparagus

 

°2 and a half tablespoons of olive oil

 

°2 minced garlic cloves

 

°Salt and pepper from the mill

 

°1 lemon sliced

 

°Fresh herbs (Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley)

 

DIRECTIONS :

 

Preheat oven 400°F (200°C).

 

Prepare foil for 4 papillotes. Separate the asparagus into equal portions, and put them in the center of each of the papillotes.

 

In bowl, combine olive oil & garlic. Pour a teaspoon of the oil/garlic mixture over the asparagus.

 

Salt and pepper. Rinse the salmon fillets well and drain.

 

Place the salmon fillets on top of the asparagus. Salt and pepper the fish.

 

Drizzle a teaspoon of the oil/garlic mixture over the salmon. Brush well. Salt and pepper.

 

Put two slices of lemon and herbs on the salmon. Close the papillotes. Bake for 25 to 30 min.
