Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix (dry)
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional, for coating)
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well-blended.
Add in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing mix, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Shape the mixture into a ball with your hands. If you want a crunchy coating, roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans or walnuts until it’s evenly coated.
Cover the cheese ball with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to let the flavors meld together.
Before serving, garnish the cheese ball with fresh parsley for an extra burst of color.
Serve with crackers, pretzels, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
