Air Fryer Crispy Breaded Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients:

 

500 g (1 lb) chicken wings

1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

1/2 cup flour

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp oil (spray or liquid)

 

Instructions:

 

Prepare the Chicken Wings: Pat the wings dry with a paper towel.

Prepare the Breading: In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Prepare the Coating: In another bowl, beat the egg with the milk.

Bread the Wings: Dip each wing into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs, pressing firmly.

Air Frying:

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

Lightly spray the wings with oil.

Cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Serve: Enjoy hot with your favorite sauce (barbecue, ranch, buffalo, etc.).
