Air Fried Pizza Bread

Ingredients:

– 1 loaf Italian bread or French bread, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces

– 1/4 cup olive oil

– 1/2 cup pizza sauce

– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

– 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

– Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush both sides of each bread slice with olive oil and place them in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  3. Air fry the bread slices for 2-3 minutes, or until they start to crisp up.
  4. Remove the bread slices from the air fryer and spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each slice.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the sauce.
  6. Season with dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  7. Return the bread slices to the air fryer and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
