A sweet treat for all the Family to enjoy!
MAKES 12
Ingredients
200g/7oz Mars Bar, chopped
3 Cups Plain Rice Krispies
2 Tbls Cocoa powder, sifted
2 Tbls Elmlea Single cream
100g/3.5oz White chocolate, melted
12 Smarties
Method:
Spray a muffin tray.
In a small bowl melt the mars bar, sifted cocoa and cream together in the microwave and add it to the rice krispies. Drop spoonfuls into the muffin tray and press down gently.
Leave to set in the fridge for 2 hours. When ready turn them over and add the white chocolate on top. Decorate with a smartie in the middle.
